Red Division:

White North:

CVCA, North Olmsted, Kenston, Strongsville, Stow

White South:

Avon, Avon Lake, Elyria Catholic, Kent Roosevelt, Lakewood

Blue North:

Aurora, Canfield, Cleveland Heights, Normandy, Solon, Westlake

Blue South:

Bay, Brooklyn, Chagrin Falls, Mayfield, NDCL, Nordonia, Orange, Twinsburg
