The Great Lakes Conference is officially now the Cleveland West Conference and set to begin athletic conference play in Fall 2024. There will be 8 teams that will be joining the Cleveland West Conference are the Bay Rockets, Buckeye Bucks, Lakewood Rangers , North Olmsted Eagles, Normandy Invaders, Rocky River Pirates , Valley Forge Patriots and Westlake Demons.
