Tonight, Sports On Tap will be live at Buffalo Wild Wings in Fairview for the 2022 GCHSHL Senior All Star Draft. Coaches from each division will select eligible seniors to play in the annual Senior All Star Game. The draft starts at 7:00pm.

The 2021-2022 High School Hockey State Semifinal matchups are set. Both games will be played at Nationwide Arena in Columbus on Thursday March 10th.
St. Edward vs Gilmour Academy, 4:00pm
Toledo St. Francis de Sales vs Upper Arlington 7pm
Mentor lost to Gilmour, 2-0, in the Kent District final last week.
The sixth seeded Mentor Cardinals advanced to the Kent Regional Final with a 2-1 overtime victory over second seeded University School. The Cardinals first goal came late in the second period when Eric Toth put one between the pipes. Minutes later, University School tied the game with a goal of their own.
The two teams would remain tied at the end of regulation. In overtime, Brad Backston netted the game winner for the Cardinals at the 6:46 mark. Mentor Goalie John Rampe stopped 37 shots in the victory.
The Cardinals advance to the Kent Regional Final against top seeded Gilmour Academy. The game will be played March 4 at 7:15pm at the Kent State University Ice Arena. The winner advances to the State Tournament in Columbus.
