Below are highlights from the 2021 OHSAA Division 1 Regional Semifinal between the #6 seeded Saint Ignatius Wildcats and the #2 seeded Medina Bees.

Drew Allar led the Bees to a 27-14 victory over the Marty Lenehan led Wildcats. Michael Rodak, JaJuan Jackson, and Drew Hensley all had receiving touchdowns for Medina. Nick West added two field goals

Marty Lenehan had both Wildcat touchdowns. The Bees advance to the Regional Finals to face top seeded St. Edward Eagles.
