Head Coach Dale Swinerton- Brush High School/ Cross Country and Track/14-18

Coach Swinerton exemplifies leadership, dedication and passion for the distance coaching profession. During my son’s 3 years of running as a freshman to a junior he has motivated him to become the first African American 5K Western Reserve Conference Medalist, Scholar Athlete as well as the News Herald Second Team. Coach Swinerton provides distance workouts for indoor track and coaches for FREE as he is not provided a stipend for indoor track. His diligence and words of encouragement has created a team with athletic success. Not to mention he mentors and provides study tables to each student athlete in order for them to mature into young men of character and morals. Therefore, I highly recommend Coach Swinerton for G&G Fitness Equipment Coach of the Week as he is well deserving.
